Drinkworks™ warrants that your drinkmaker will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for 1 year from the date of purchase. It is recommended that you register your brewer by visiting www.drinkworks.com/register, downloading and syncing the Drinkworks app for Apple iOS or Android, or calling toll-free 1-855-DRINKWORKS (374-6596) so that your purchase information will be stored in our system. Drinkworks will, at its option, repair or replace a defective drinkmaker without charge. To replace your drinkmaker, please contact the Top Shelf Service team to obtain a return shipping label. Drinkworks will ship you a new appliance.
Replacement drinkmakers may be new or reconditioned units and carry a 1 year warranty. The drinkmaker warranty is not offered for appliances operated outside of the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and, in the case of Canada, from province to province. Only the use of Drinkworks brand pods and accessories will guarantee the proper functioning and lifetime of your Drinkworks Home Bar. Any damage to or malfunction of your drinkmaker resulting from the use of non-Drinkworks pods and accessories may not be covered by this warranty or may result in a service fee if the damage or malfunction is determined to be caused by such use.
